Founded in 2012 as Domain Resources, we began as a sole proprietorship focused on supply and lay interlocking paver & premix roadwork initially. As our operations expanded and our client base grew, we evolved into Ramai Resources Sdn. Bhd., a private limited company dedicated to offering diverse and reliable construction solutions.

How to ascertain good premix quality before laid, By visual the mix should still be workable, not stiff or cold when unloaded, the colour uniform and hot enough that at least 110 °C.
For small scale resurfacing premix and look fine, suggest use asphalt concrete mix which more durable AC 10 (10mm size aggregate)

Interlocking Paver Installation Procedure
Installation Procedure
Basecourse Preparation
Based on the soil condition and expected traffic load, a well-compacted basecourse of suitable thickness is required for good pavement performance. Existing bituminous or concrete surfaces can be retained and used as a solid base.
Sand Bedding Layer
Spread and level a loose layer of sand to achieve a compacted thickness of about 30mm. Make sure the sand layer stays undisturbed before laying the paving blocks.
Laying The Blocks
Place the paving blocks side by side on the sand bed with about 2mm gaps between each block.
Blocks Cut To Fit
Paving blocks can be cut to fit edges
and awkward corners.
Sand Infill
Brush fine sand into the gaps between paving blocks. Then use a hand-guided plate vibrator again to fully compact the sand and stabilize the pavement.
Pavement Compaction
Compact the paving blocks with a hand-guided compactor until they are firmly set in the sand layer.
